Canada’s iconic bilingual national anthem was written in 1880 by Canadian composer Calixa Lavallée, and is still well-loved to this day from coast to coast. I often receive requests for arrangements of national anthems, and as a Canadian myself this is the most common request.

Version A, a customary version with no key change, perfect for occasions when people may be singing along;

Version B, which features a key change into D-flat major to further arouse a sense of patriotism towards our vast nation.
