Broadly speaking, the Christmas Brass Busk Book has arrangements in 4 categories:Classical Favourites
These are no-nonsense arrangements of classic works by the greats that are the staples of holiday-themed gigs. They include:

- Hallelujah Chorus from Messiah, HWV 56

Jazzed-up
All of the next three categories use some jazz voicings, but for these tunes I didn't hold back. These are high-tempo, dynamic arrangements, sure to be crowd-pleasers:
- Carol of the Bells

- Joy to the World
- O Tannenbaum
Colourful Classics
From sincerity to grandiosity to irreverence, in these tunes I tried to write tastefully, with a graceful narrative arc. I love trying to bring out unexpected points of interest in the simplest of melodies:

- In Dulci Jubilo (Good Christian Men, Rejoice)

- Silent Night
Modern Delights
This collection couldn't be complete without some Mariah Carey! Okay, so maybe some of these aren't that modern (Sammy Cahn wrote "Let It Snow" in 1945), but I wanted to play these tunes so badly I spent most of the budget on obtaining print rights for them:

- It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
- Let it Snow
- Sleigh Ride
- You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch
